OTEK Programming
Ozone Technologies offers extensive support when installing our cutting-edge OTEK laundry system, as well as teaching your team members about sustainable laundry solutions and how to make the most of this technology. For example, we thoroughly explain the programming process in which existing programs are updated to OTEK cold water sustainable programs. We remove heat from the wash cycle, but we ensure there’s a hot water backup program just in case.
Commercial Laundry Support & Maintenance
To achieve the best possible results with the OTEK system, we work with chemical suppliers to make slight alterations to formulas. As we will explain to your team, we switch stain remover to chlorine for optimum performance in cold water and remove softener and reduce alkali break (sour) for cleaner, softer laundry. We also provide six-monthly maintenance services, and we are just a call away in case our customers need us.
